In case anyone was wondering, here is the gen. It’s a 372 that I got for my 50th birthday. This is a new strap I ordered for it…. a black nubuck crocodile. Kind of JV - esque.

I don’t think that people were fooled. I just think people didn’t really care what gen I had. Don’t mistake apathy for uncertainty.

The “box” is actually a small picture book called “Legendary Watches” about historically important Panerai models that I picked up on eBay.
