I am looking for a small lume kit for dial relume. I am living in Europe, so I don't have many choices. I prefer Superluminova C3 lume, but the cheapest one I can find is at CousinsUK, and they are ~50£ (Including shipping), which is a bit expensive. Recently, I found this distributor at Leosics.co.uk. They call it Newlite C3
