Lefty reliable?

Are the left handed pam's reliable?

I have sourced one and I want to buy it but I don't want any unwanted problems because of it!

I have a PAM 026 with swiss movement from dsn. Works perfectly.

Why should they be problematic? The movement is just turned 180°.

Please make a note that most leftys (or destros) have the OP logo on the movement upside down.
