To preface this, once I received the package, I simply asked where he received the parts from.
I posted a WTB thread for gen parts for an Explorer 39MM build. Fisherman1980 reached out and stated he had a gen dial, gen hands, gen bezel, gen Crystal, and gen crown.
I happily paid $2250 to this individual, and provided proof of my identity. Upon receiving the package, I received a brown bubble mailer with a ripped in half label, inside - all the parts were accounted for along with a note from usps regarding the original packaging being damaged.
I made Fisherman1980 aware of this simply as a heads up.
This individual immediately stated I was scamming him, and went on the offensive. All I asked was the provenance of the items.
I never ONCE asked for a refund, anything.
I asked one simply question, followed by hostility.
To add to it all I have a full statement from my local post office that I received this as is. (See picture) I also have video proof of the opening.
