I am assuming, but possibly incorrectly, that all these watches on eBay stating "vintage Incabloc automatic" are crap? Any input from you guys?

It's up to you how much money your willing to lose. I have bought hmt that didn't look re dialed or painted poorly but when they arrived three weeks later they looked terrible.
