Can anyone recommend a trusted dealer that stocks the Cartier Tank Franchise? Im not having much luck.

These seem to be a thing of the past. There were some amazing tank francaise reps back in 2004-2008 with eta 2000 movement but have been discontinued long time ago. Now Ballon Bleu and Calibre seem to be the hyped ones.

Indeed, I've been searching for a Cartier Tank Francaise for a couple days now. I've scoured around 50% of RWI's TDs, and have found zilch. Dunno why as it's a classic, and a very safe bet as a gift.
