What am I doing?!?! I did NOT intend on buying another watch before 2025, but here we are (I think I was subconsciously jealous of the Cartier I bought for my wife). This Patek is another exemplary watch, certainly more so from the price and service (three days shipping, nice). I've kept an eye on these for long enough and was done waiting. The face very nice in person, really reflects lighting conditions well. The polished areas look great, flawless, but surely won't last for long. This one also has a very well-fitted band, with great tolerances; neither here nor there, but the links are much smaller and will let "me" adjust the band to fit my small wrists that always land half-way between clasp holes.
The nice thing about Melissa's affordable reps? You can wear them like old-folks did with their original Omegas & Rolexes - durable everyday watches meant to be worn daily. I do the same without hesitation with these much more affordable units. A little scratch, no big deal. My first watch (007 Omega) from Melissa is worn ~3-5 times a week and is my "sport" watch; still looks and functions great.
Again, if you're on the fence, save some bucks up and jump on in: it is WELL worth your hard earned money for a great watch.
