Hi guys!
Looking to buy a PAM312 for my brother but he is very meticulous about minor details such as flush lever, lume etc. One of the things that bother him is that the KW PAM312 version has a recessed cannon pinion while the Z-Fac does not. Overall the KW is a much better watch with this tiny flaw, how easy is it to fix? We are not familiar with watches enough to be able to open it up and do it ourselves unless it is really simple.
Also, reading through an earlier KW PAM312 QC pictures thread, a lot of people commented that their lume was poor, ranging from 10 - 80% of the lume of a 111 v3. I know this was the first batch that came out and there would be issues, as there were a few people as well complaining their watches were DOA or broke in the first week of owning. Have these issues been resolved?
Any recent owners of the watch have any input?
