Hello everyone,

I just ordered KW PAM 312, some people told me their 312 is one of the best out there, so we will see.
I have Parnis PAM 111 homage with Seagull ST3600, which came dry, so my question is does KW oil their replicas or I need to service it as soon as it arrives?

People from KW told me that their watches are oiled so I do not need to do anything, but I am not sure about that.

Well, we can't say whether all of them are oiled and even if they were we don't know whether they were oiled enough and with a suitably good lubricant. I personally don't oil my reps once they arrive. If they break down (and so far none of them have), then it's off to the watchmaker to have it serviced (which would include an oil treatment).

Thank you all. Just one more question... If it stops working, it is not too late then? What about damage caused by friction, and lack of lubricant?

We also can't say. A watch will stop for any number of reasons, some of them having nothing to do with lubrication. However, if you detect something that is new, like rattling sound or having a hard time winding the crown, then it's a symptom and it would be best to bring it to a watchmaker and have the symptom diagnosed.
