I just received my PAM312 (PAM 312) O from the KW factory with the Seagull ST2555 movement. In a word - STUNNING!

If you've been thinking about adding a 312 to your collection, in 2 words - GET IT!

After reading all the posts on this watch, including the extremely helpful Reference PAM REVIEW-GUIDE and this thread http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php?t=145885, I knew to look for the recessed cannon pin, low lume, dirt in the CG, etc. While mine also had dirt in the CG lettering (why is this repeated, I wonder?), none of the other flaws mentioned exist on my watch. Specifically, both the cannon pin and lever look flush to me. It may not be a super rep because the P9000 movement is not cloned, but for my purposes (and my budget!), this watch is as good as the gen. The balance wheel is at 6 as described for KW with ST2555 movement.

After a few days of wearing it, I can report only the following minor considerations:
1) The CG lever doesn't feel like it's clamping down tightly/securely. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
2) The strap is uncomfortably stiff but more importantly it's too wide for the buckle and is already scraping/chafing
3) The watch runs ~15 seconds fast per day (better than being slow IMO)
4) The height of the 1950s case is definitely something to consider. I'm not a small guy, but this watch definitely stands tall on my wrist. It won't easily fit under the cuffs of most of my dress shirts

Surprisingly, in spite of its size, this PAM312 has quickly replaced my PAM380 as my favorite watch.

I ordered this along with a PAM111 N v3 from Trevor. Fast delivery as always. Recommended.

First, congrats on acquiring a great watch! I'm eyeing that one as well!
Re CG, my 417 had a bit loose cg lever but after i tightened in the cg screws the lever operation became as solid as it can get.
I don't know the extent and the nature of your watch's cg looseness but give it a go. ;-)

This reply above would be my answer

And I recommends you to make it urgently with a 2,5mm screwdriver to not lose the screws

Great - thanks for the tip!

I will also try to compare coloring of the lettering on the rep with a gen at my local AD.

How do I post pics?

Not only you will lose the screws, you lose the CG as well, just as I lost mine.

I just received the same rep. Beautiful piece, without doubt. The loose cg lever is unfortunately a design flaw. Sead pointed it out before I bought mine but I bought it anyway. I've tried tightening the screws but that's not the problem. It wobbles when open or closed (only a minute amount though, not enough to bother me!) which is due to the lever being fractionally smaller than the lever opening.

This is another different thing
I think pedalpower is talking about the snap when closing the lever

Yes, ALE is correct. But the CG screw wouldn't tighten any further and thus no change in the resistance when closing the lever, it's still a bit loose.

Yup, what i did after I lost the CG was I wrap the screw with a tiny piece of tape thens screw it down. That should really tighten it. I also check for tighten every once in a while. It cost $35 plus shipping for the CG bro. :(

Two additional observations:

1) After visiting my AD today, I've posted my comments on the font color issue in [h=1]Thread: Incorrect Lettering Colour on PAM 312 KW ?[/h]
2) I have also noticed on my watch Tynoprime's complaint about the lever width being fractionally smaller than it should be resulting in a bit of play in the cage.

Overall, still incredibly satisfied with this rep!
