Just got this a couple of months ago and must say I love it...however just
admiring it yesterday and noticed a couple of issues...I seem to have lost the
black paint out of the number 15 on the bezel!! and also check out how the lume
on the hands and the dot indices on the small seconds appear to have turned
green as opposed to the vintage lume colour on the rest of the indices. These
were the original 'vintage cream colour...not sure I can do anything about the
lume but how do I replace the paint in the bezel number????

I just used flat acrylic paint you can find at Hobby stores. Buy in addition those very fine paint brushes used for model planes etc. just take your time and fill in the number with paint. Let dry and then wipe off the excess with nail polish remover. Works like a charm just take your time and use a steady hand.

I have a kw569 also. So far my hands still look ok. I suppose the paint they use on the hands is not as light fast as it should be.

I use matte black enamel paint and follow the same steps. It's easier than it sounds :)

Thanks guys , I gave it a go tonight and will check in the am when the paint has dried. Kilowattore have you had any issue with your lume discoloring?

No, I didn't notice anything like that so far. That's strange indeed, I thought such discoloration was not possible without touching the dial/exposing it to elements or chemicals. Tbh I'm clueless.
