KW PAM 388 v2 with vsf superclone p9000 possible?

Hey guys. Im about to pull the trigger on a kw pam 388 v2 byt want a more gen look of the back. I was wondering if it's possible to get the vsf p9000 movement and how hard will it be to swap? Does the 388 crown function the same way as the 312?

Essentially, the PAM388 is the PAM312 in a Radiomir case so crown function would be the same. As for the movement swap, I already replied to you on the other thread.

Thanks. Yea hopefully they allow purchase of the movement. And hopefully someone tries transplanting the p9000 superclone to the 388.

I know this is an old post, but have just received my VSF388 and feel the need to say how amazing this watch is

The build quality is simply fantastic. The wire lugs are a work of art, 5 piece construction as per gen, the lug screws are well made(not a cheap crapy metal) and the watch case it self is a work of art. I have owned a few rep Rads in the past and the lugs and screws have been a real issue.

The movement is rock solid, this is my third VSF, 441V1(since sold), Bronz 382 & 388. Never had any problems with the movement.

I own a gen 380 and to be honest, you can't tell the difference in the quality of the case construction. The lume on the 388 is just as good as the 380.

The only problem is the crapy strap. Easy fix, just orderd a gen Alligator ECRU strap.

Would post photos but have no idea of who to use now Photobucket not an option.

Thanks for that. I am going to order this. My KW seagull was my favorite, but the bars got jammed in and I can't even unscrew one section. I'm heartbroken. Was going to fix, but makes sense to order this. Thanks for this post. It secured my decision.
