Just received my first rep from in-time. On the bottom edge of the dial below the "L swiss L". There is pealing or bubbling of the dial paint. The issue didn't show up in the QC pics and its only really noticeable from certain angles. Can this be fixed? Has anyone else had a similar issue? I've e-mail in-time but haven't received a response. Please excuse my terrible photography skills.

InTime won't help you. I had a Noob AP ROO that stopped working 3 days after I got it. He didn't even bother replying to my emails (all offering to work it out and perhaps just taking a small discount on the next order). They have forever lost a customer in me. I ended up placing a 2k order with Toro Bravo who I really enjoy working with.

Great ..........that really stinks. Shouldn't they loose their TD status for issues like that?

This looks pretty bad. Try open the case up and see if you can wipe the smudge off.
If not, maybe source a dial from Toro and send over to the modder for a spa treatment?
IMO the boutique series is worth the extra bucks to make it perfect.

Still no response from in-time. I don't think its simply a smudge. It appears like the paint on the dial is lifting. I didn't know Toro sold dials? Who is a good reputable modder?

Try to contact Toro he might be able to source those dials for you. I was able to get some CB or hands from him in the past.
In terms of modder, you can try one of the best in the business - Vaclume or Strodda, if you are in conus.
I have used Vac in the past and he was easy to deal with. Vac is well known for the AP ROO mods and he is also competent in PAMs.
I recently sent a watch to Strodda (supporting vendor here) based on gB.'s recommendation on RWG, so far he has been great in communication and his site is pretty nice to track the whole progress. I have not seen the end product yet but will write up a review once completed. (It's a lovely 243 modded by Vac last year, needs some attention on the dial, too.)
