So I just picked this up from Lucy (truetime)
Very hard to source. So I Iove the watch but u had freaking ocd. The dead give away Is the band, on all rep bands the tie strap in red has white underneath it, on the original band it ends after the red, see pics.

So since I have to screw with things, I used an Exacto knife and trimmed it. Much much better. Now It’s alittle too shiny it’s gotta be more Matte finish, that’s project number 2

Looks good. How is the quality of the rep strap ?

The rep strap is decent it’s not bad, but not like a oem leather strap, I think you would be able to source a higher quality rep strap from here

It’s about 130

They have a cheaper one for like 40 which is incorrect which is pretty much the one on the watch that I trimmed.

Oem is like $600. Not worth it. My trimming method worked well, looks great. Once it wears out I’ll try the link above and get that one, hopefully the underside is purple

Does the moonhase work as it should ? It makes full makes rotation in 29 days ?

I've read that the moonphase on these TWF reps actually does a 15-day cycle. Can't confirm it myself as I don't have one in-hand, but that's what I recall reading when I was looking into these.

Honestly I’m not even sure if it’s 2 weeks or 4 weeks, it’s a pretty good rep for what it is, I feel like the color of the tongue is off

I own thre and am happy with them. I cannot compare to the original as I never seen an original in person. I heard Chaykin is now producing a 40mm model. Must surely look nice as well downsized.
