Over my few years on the board I've only had issues with 2 watches
sent katt the watch Wednesday, he got it Friday, fixed it , mailed it, and it got here today (Monday) !!
5 days total! I haven't heard of anyone who is as fast as katt !
if any of my watches ever need fixing I know where I'm sending my watches!
