Sent him my DSSD with a stuck datewheel/hands. Sent it off fixed it and waterproofed my watch in just a few days. Less then a week later my watch is running smoothly and can go for a dip in the pool! Highly recommend keeps great contact and sends pics of the progress! He is a stand up gentlemen on top of that 5 stars to Gary-Katt!
