just wanted to say I sent my Tudor black bay to Katt Monday 5/12 for an issue with no power reserve, not keeping time on the wrist. I received an update hours, that right just hours after the watch delivered saying the autowind issue had been corrected but there was something else going on. Later that night another update 2nd problem had been fixed an that it was running good. Next night an update still ticking away and the paypal amount he needed. My jaw dropped at how little he was asking me to pay him for his extremely fast service. Gladly sent the payment and here it is Monday 5/19 and it is on my wrist running like a champ. 7 days including weekends and 4 days worth of shipping and I already have it back. I can't say enough how impressed I am with Katt and his service. Guys if you need a repair do not hesitate to contact Katt.
