Excited for the Batman!

Interesting options for lower prices than typical... my cynical side makes me question the build quality relative to the competition, but I guess we'll see once people get them in hand.

• The bezel insert color transitions on the 18 for both the batman and pepsi are a tad low (par for the course in a GMT rep by this point)
• "GMT - MASTER II" text seems a bit vertically stretched compared to gen but I find it more than acceptable for my tastes
• Lug tips look a bit rounded and CG's are on the chubby side but perhaps a case expert could chime in on this one, they don't bother me much tbh

I look forward to seeing what other people think and and macros to see if there are any egregious speedbumps on the bezel inserts, bezel click feel, bracelet, etc.

Marketing photos are not be taken seriously tbh. Let's not jump the gun too quickly just yet.

On the contrary, finally someone other than GMF is working on a rootbeer, something that needs a little bit of life injected into it albeit not having as much love as its other TT counterparts.

Once the actual photos on hand surfaces, i'm sure many out here will bring out their scalpel to dissect it

I sure hope the finishing on the bracelets is better than on the CFs. I have pretty high hopes personally from what I’ve seen so far from JVS… they’re no VSF but their finishing sure is pretty close.

Really sorry to dig out this old man of a thread - any experience with this version?

And most importantly: do we know whether the dial and bezel could we swapped into a VSF GMT? Are the sizes and specs identical?
