Finally received this PAM beauty from sead aka super mirrors at rwgforum. what can I say , I've been wanting a blacked PAM for a while and this caught my attention. I urgently pulled the trigger.

-DSN dial
-c3+c1 superlumed
-asia engraved swan neck dagger 6497
-t48 crown, unknown cg
-AR removed, thinking of getting taka ar crystal...

CG pics. The lever feels nice and tight, but you may be able to see there are slight spaces at the top and bottom of the lever, not completely flush with housing.

Its a great watch! the only issue is the second hand seems slightly bent upwards so the hour hand and second clash b/t 8-10, but this is just a flaw on mine... perfect watch man. CG is awesome! The asain 6497 is a great movement. We'll see how the coating holds up.

Have you any other experience with asian 6497's? I've read that they're bulletproof on some threads. My personal experience is 2 months until death.
I just picked up another 6497 several days ago and hope this one lasts me longer than just 2 months. Mind you, I wore it nearly every day and I will be using this new watch every day also. No one wants to spend $50 and then see their watch die after 2 months time.

Did you have the one that died after 2 months looked at?

These are VERY simple movements and quite easy to repair and relatively hard to break. Most likely it was something very minor...
