Just placed first order with Andrew, will update here

Placed my first order with trusty today. Will update the below on my experiences and timeline as we go through the process:

29-NOV-2021 - PM'd trustytime here inquiring about VSF Panerai models
30-NOV-2021 - Andrew replies and says they have limited quantities, first come first served. Also says there is no aftersales support due to factories being closed.
30-NOV-2021 (morning) - I placed my order on the website and received automated email confirmation
30-NOV-2021 (evening) - Received "payment verified OK" email.
03-DEC-2021 - Sent email to Andrew requesting update
03-DEC-2021 (evening) - Andrew responded saying 4-12 days to get the watch and then he will send QC pics
04-DEC-2021 - Received QC pics. Replied giving OK to ship.
06-DEC-2021 - Emailed requesting update if package has shipped.
06-DEC-2021 - Received response stating package has been given to the forwarder and to wait 4-7 days before tracking will be sent.
10-DEC-2021 - Emailed requesting tracking information.
10-DEC-2021 - Received response with tracking info (not yet showing in system, said to wait 4-7 days)
16-DEC-2021 - Tracking still not showing in system, emailed asking for update
16-DEC-2021 - Received response saying they will look into it
17-DEC-2021 - Received screenshot showing package accepted and en route, still in China awaiting flight
28-DEC-2021 - Package arrived in USA, being transferred to USPS.
07-JAN-2022 - Package delivered!

Received my QC pics today, everything looks great and I have given the green light to ship.

I was recommended not to post the QC pics. I'll post photos when the actual watch arrives, hopefully 1-2 weeks.

The recommendation is not to post all QC photos and ask whats wrong with my watch before you approve. But when you approve your QC photos with your TD then you can post all of them, but just for people to see and still dont ask do you see any flaws lol. But you do what makes you comfortable. And enjoy the watch once you get it. The little things everyone talks about uou wont notice or even be able to see in real life.

Hey did you get the watch in the end? I've been waiting for a while the tracking (and still didn't get it) as well so I'm just curious about other situations

Watch has not hit the US tracking system yet, still on flight legs out of China. Will update when I receive or get US tracking info.

You won’t be disappointed, Andrew is a top-notch seller! Transit times have really been horrible with lapses in tracking updates (no fault of Andrew’s). I pasted an example of this below (hopefully formatting comes out right). You’ll see there’s a period of almost 2 months with no movement or history of leaving China.

Wow, long wait. Yes, Andrew has been great so far, very responsive. I did my reading/research on here before placing my first order and if there's one thing I learned it is to be patient.

My last order from Andrew took 5 weeks to arrive, but that was one he had in stock. I now have two more from him and am expecting much more of a wait. It will be great to see everyone's photos once the watches arrive. Best of luck with your shipment.
