Just ordered an AF 33mm Ballon Bleu quartz

Hey guys,
Somewhat new to the Cartier side of things, but I’m looking forward to becoming more active in this Cartier forum.
I just ordered a 33mm Ballon Bleu by AF with the quartz movement, reference WSBB0033.
My question is that there were two of the same models advertised from my same TD — one stating its “the best 33mm quartz model by AF”, and the other stating it’s the “2024 latest update”.
Ironically the “2024 update” version is even a bit cheaper.

Anyone have any further info on this? Does AF make two different quartz movement versions of their 33mm BB?

Ideally I would have rathered the automatic, but the one with the Seiko NH15 movement is said to be way off, and the cal.076 is 3-4x the cost for otherwise same exact watch. Anyone here have firsthand experience with both the quartz and the automatic?

Also, I can’t seem to find anywhere that sells Gen dials for these. I’ve checked all the usual suspects but nothing… any suggestions?

As you can see, even the AF logo sticker on dials is a different font and color.

Seller advised that I go with the “2024 updated” version, as it is the same but updated with a more economical price. Kinda seems backwards, imho — but whatever.
Just got my QC photos, and the last “S” and last “E” in “SWISS MADE” at the bottom of the dial under the 6 o’clock marker are way off.
Only posting photos showing these flaws, as this isn’t a QC thread, and the rest of the watch actually looks okay.

Ended up with the “newer” version. Looks and feels great in person. Great value for the price IMO.
