I have just made my first ever order on Puretime.
Received a payment link, and paid today.
Hoping for Payment Confirmation Soon

Nice watch, I have the same.
I used PT as TD at first, but LONG waitingtime for payment confirmation, QC and shipping. (Not hating, but faster services is needed)

Yeah, I don't mind waiting for watch but atleast payment confirmation gives peace of mind. At the moment, I don't even know if they have receive d my money or not? They don't even respond now. Not a very good first experience. They were pretty responsive before payment bua fter that, have gone quiet.

Understand you completely, hope it all get resolved fast. They need to UP their customer services. But be asured you’re safe with TDs.

You know, Puretime doesn't control international banking, or how fast transfers go, or any of that.

Doubly so, it's an illegal goods. Just be patient.

I hope you inputted the correct information, name, and account number though. Usually banking delays are due to mismatched information.

Yup all good and my bank confirmed that transfer is done. It's been more than 3 days now, it shouldn't take this long. I do a lot of international transfers and maximum it takes a day . doesn't matter good is legal or illegal, transfer is legal haha. I don't mind waiting but them not responding at all is what bothers me.

Have some patience my friend..
Remember that you are not their only customer and that it is late in China now.

Of course I get it , it’s late in Chiba now but not few hours ago. Sent 3 emails yesterday, not a single reply.

What I have experienced is that most of the TDs do not respond until they actually have an answer to give you, that's just the way it is.
That's why patience is important in this game, nagging doesn't help.
Don't worry, you can trust them.

It's your first order, you're nervous. But asking them more isn't going to make the bank transfer go through faster.

Out of curiosity, did you pay by wise, or direct bank transfer?

He is just posting his experience which is good. PureTime is very slow with payment confirmations and so on. That is my experience with them too.

Agree that he i safe and will get a respond eventually. But hope in the future communications will be better
