Is the 219 the biggest PAN ? Looks like the perfect size for me. What are the pros and cons about it. I have been resisting dipping my finger into PAN, but I have seen a few of these and I really liked it.

If you want a big PAM, you want a big Egi...60mm 
Anyways, PAM219 is a destro base...44mm case + lefty CG. They wear bigger than Breits (not necessarily thicker) because the case is pretty much all dial. Luminors are about as thick as my SOSF. Radiomirs like the PAM183 are 45mm but wear even bigger even without the CG. Fiddys (1950's) like the PAM127 are 47mm and wear bigger accordingly.
EDIT: Forgot Radiomirs can also come in 47mm like the fiddy....MrYesterday has one in the FS forum, actually. Also Mare Nostrums are also 47mm I *think*
