Just got this, what else do I need to change ?

Hi everyone,
I just won the bid for this rep , and here are the pics the seller gave ,

The seller said the rep is Ti case , swiss 6497 original type , and I just check from the gen , the dial and case should be PAM 172.
So , I have to change the hands , right ? Are there any other things need to change ?
He also gives me a 111 case , or I should get a old 111 dial , and change the movement to the 111 case , to make a classic 111 ?
Which one is better ?

That's a nice face. What kind of strap is that? does it have the "Panerai" engraved on the clip?

Yup, change the dial and hands for start, then the caseback, and I'm not sure that xtal is even close to acceptable mineral glass...

This wasn't by any chance a rep you sourced from 'helenarou' on eBay ? She's a bad news when it comes to Pam reps and spare parts, I speak from personal experience.

Sory to give it to you so straight up but I was appaled by the look and fit of this fantasy PAM172 model, something you wouldn't expect these days...

OK , Got the watch today , and here's the pics

And just as I thought , I need to change the hands , and the lume of the dial is bad , too.

Sorry about my poor English , I don't understand what you mean .
"helenarou" is a dealer on ebay , Right ? I won't get any parts from him , I have my own supplier for rep parts . And you said that the diel need to change , why ? I only feel bad about the lume , but others are just fine . Still thanks anyway !

Now back to the rep , this one have a serious problem , and have no chance to fix it .
Check the dial , the place is not right , the "12"&"6" are not in the middle , I think the problem might be the hole of the crow !!! It makes everyting not right !

And the crow protect is too flat , it didn't go fllow the case , so I think I will change it .
The dial , maybe I will try to make a lume job or change a better dial , I don't know .
Let's see what it gonna be ~~~~

The gen dial is anthracite color, closer to dark brown or charcoal than black that you've got. Also the hands should be blue, DSN should be able to source a good 172 handset.

But that's all minor considering the issues the watch came with.

I check the grn websit , the brown dial shold below to Pam36 , and the Pam172 is black dial .
Here is the info about the Pam172 dial .

Dial: black with luminous Arabic numerals and hour markers. Small seconds dial at 9 o'clock.

So I think I won't change the dail , just finger out how to make the lume better !
