Just got my GEN Davidsen PVD: Wonder if I can handle a 47mm?

Nice. Sterlised, stealth. I remember years ago at an Air Show seeing a stealth bomber on display and the thing that really impressed me were the black insignias on the black fuselage ... from that point on my definition of stealth included black graphics on black.

I'd love to see a dial done in black "daylight colour" lume so that the indexes and text were black as well. Then in the dark the thing would light up like a UFO - - I'm not talking practical here, but concept.

IMHO Un-branding makes people look at the watch as the work of art it is, instead of a product of a specific brand name

which is why i never wear polo, izod, or anything that tells people who it's made by. let the marketers do the advertising.

i recall falling in love with pam's a few years ago. the simple dial, crown guard and large size...not because of the "panerai" marking or the font

in fact, i had no idea that it was an exclusive/expensive watch until much later.

i'm looking at decent cameras and studying master pugwash's photo guides. as soon as everything is in order, i will definitely post some shots. thanks for sharing yours! your watch REALLY looks cool. you can wear it proudly as what is is, rather than something it's trying to be. cheers.

Great choice, watchlover. Get a stitchless black strap from Greg Stevens and finish that bad boy off in style! Of course, he's got an olive green leather that would go with your Stealth motif and look great!
