Just bought my first rep. Last time I bought a watch I was 9 and had a calculator watch. Hello 80s!

Bought a Panerai Ferrari FER030 from Puretime.

Either I don't know what I'm doing or the watch has a problem. No matter what I do I can't make the big second hand move. It's stuck on 12. The small left second hand dial is moving. The one on the right I can't change either.

Also if I shake the watch slightly it sounds like a gyroscope spinning around for about 3 seconds. Normal?

From their website:
Asian 7750 automatic movement at 28800vph
Functions:
hours, minutes, sub-seconds, chronograph

The "gyroscope" sound is the rotor spinning. This is what winds your watch when you wear it and keeps it running.
I assume this is a chrono watch running the A7750 movement. The large second hand runs when you are running the chrono (stopwatch). It is started and stopped by pushing the pusher button at the 3:00 position on the case (above the crown). The chrono hands are reset to 12:00 by pushing the button at the 4:00 position on the case.
NEVER push the reset (4:00 pusher) button before you stop the chrono first!!!
NEVER run the chronos until you have wound the watch a lot (either manually or several hours of wearing)!!!
Your pushers may have a screw-down feature (not familiar with this model) like the crown and may have to be unscrewed to use them.
Hope this helps.
