When you ask Andrew a question, he answers you honestly and as immediately as he can. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll shoot you a message to let you know he is in the process of finding the answer.
He gets you fresh pictures of your watch as soon as he gets it in house. He tells you when it ships and gives you tracking info. I am bragging ion Andrew here because no one else in this market seems to give a shit about proper customer service...while Andrew DOES! I could not have been happier with my first transaction (product is undistinguishable from the original), so of COURSE I came back. And of course, Andrew is knocking the process out of the park again!
