I have ordered many watches with Li for over the past year- never once was I dissatisfied with any of the transaction. He is always quick, very helpful and the watches have been amazing. I just ordered a ZZF V2 sub. Paid for the watch Saturday morning, got my QC pics early this morning. Timegrapher reading was perfect, watch looks amazing- told him to GL it. It's been my experience that shipping is very fast once I approve QC- usually 4-5 days later the watch is on my wrist. As such, I wouldn't be surprised to see it Saturday or Monday. Looking forward to another great watch from Li!
Having just serviced my VR3185 (VRF 116710) myself, I feel confident that I can knock out the 3135 movement. I found a pair of gen reversing wheels for an excellent price in blister packs. I'm hoping once I get it that I can get it apart, serviced and back together quickly. =)

I have a zzf v2 coming from Li as well. From the pics it looks amazing. It’s my first order with Li and so far I’m extremely impressed with his responsiveness and handle on the English language. I GL on 4/1, watch was sent later that day and it’s been “pick up info received until just an hour ago. Now it checked in at Hong Kong facility (DHL). I’ve never had a DHL package take 10 days to reach the sorting facility but I can only imagine how many packages are being sorted and looked at coming out of China these days. Like always, I was patient, but it did start to worry me around day 8. It’s scheduled to arrive 4/16 and I’m on the edge of my seat.

As soon as the watch gets here I’m ordering something else with a jubilee. Either GMT or 41mm datejust. Anyone know of the latest ARF DJ41 fixed the date wheel font? To me, that watch is perfect except for that bold numbering. Dead give away.

Yeah Li has shipped many watches for me via DHL- I don't believe it's taken more than 6 days for it to be on my wrist once I get tracking info, and I live in NC, USA. Lana did mention thought that the local backlog was pretty bad- but I'd imagine once it clears customs in Hong Kong it'll be here really quickly. Good choice on the ZZF- it' gorgeous sub with an excellent clone movement. I've already got a pair of gen reversing wheels I'm going to drop in when i service it.

Just ordered an Arf gmt from Li and he says Dhl and Ems are really bad at the moment. He has recommended Royal Mail service to me in UK but not sure what service level it will be. Still waiting fo QC after 10 days but I added a spare part to the order so I guess it has slowed him down.

7 days since it was posted. The delivery services must be pretty backed up, of all the watches I've ordered from Li, none have taken this long before. I hear it's pretty hit and miss- sometimes they can fly through pretty quick, sometimes it drags out for a month or more. Hope it get's moving...
In other news, I've taken this opportunity to visit Esslinger (USA watch tool website- like CousinsUK for the folks across the pond) and bought a 3135 movement holder, a set of dial protectors (the last plastic baggie I used almost screwed up my dial taking hands off), some Green cleaner for the ultasonic... and a demagnetizer. A also finally pulled the trigger on a Weishi 1900. Actually the same day I bought it, I downloaded the "clock tuner" app to my phone and stuck it up to my watch to find out that it does a surprisingly good job at reading the beats. I was very impressed, for a smart phone app. I'll probably reward the developer with $5 to keep the fully functional version. =) Would be a nice tool to have to spot check my friends watches and maybe strum up some business down the road. I already have my blistered reversing wheels in-hand, and am on the hunt for any other Gen deals. =D

I got my new Weishi 1900 in the mail today- it was priced very reasonably on the bay, no more than buying a single from one of the Chinese websites. Let the tuning begin!

Seems like it's playing nice now. BTW- checked tracking, hoping to receive my watch by Friday. It came in through Los Angeles- so it's in the States! =D
