i'd like to get a scope on how many rep buyers may have been scammed by the fake Jtime.watch rep vendors in the past 5 years, as I was in October..
disclosure, I was a forensic digital crime consultant attached to the Australian Federal Police and retired in 2008.
I've done some homework on the current iteration and have turned up some solid data on the fraudulent vendor:
1. A search of the UK Companies Register showed the registered UK company accepting fraudulent payments, Kustom sun FZ llc was registered on 25th of February 2022, and deregistered on October 25th, 2022.
2. The company was registered in the name of Dr Gianmarrco Cugusi, listed as being from Portugal, or Sardinia, resident in the UK but most likely a nom-de-plume, and there were two employees or partners whose Christian names were Nick and Simone (surnames unknown).
3. The registered street address in the UK is a serviced office : Garden Studios, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden London WC2H 9JQ, we can assume this was a virtual office although I have contacted the serviced office management to see if they have any security camera footage that may help Scotland Yard or Europol to identify the Company Director and any employees who may have worked from the premises.
4. The Whatsapp number listed on the JTime.watch website is provisioned from Vodafone, I have obtained partial records from a remote data dump of the phone which im compiling at present in order to pinpoint the business or domestic address of the fraudsters (see picture below).
Obviously these fraudsters have been impacting the genuine Jtime rep dealers reputation for a number of years, and under a number of identities, websites, registered companies and payment gateways, I would like to arrange the arrest and incarceration of this individual or individuals to remove them from the market.
Any help or insights members can be, I would welcome you sharing so we can close these fraudsters down, permanently...
