I sent a message thru whatsapp and it's been almost 48 hours with no response. I really want to order from them but I want to make sure of the watchs availability and if theyre still active.

As to your question: Like others have said, JTime is definitely still active, in fact, they are one of the bigger dealers with a lot of customers, thus they have to respond to a lot of messages every day which can lead to delays.
Please also make sure that you are in fact in touch with the real JTime, since unfortunately there are a lot of scammers out there using our TDs good names, but having absolutely no affiliation with them.
As a general rule, you should always use contact into found on RWI only and refrain from looking up a TD on Google as there is an almost 100% chance you will end up with an impostor.
If you haven't already, please take some time to read the sticky threads in the new members area (in all subsections), as they contain lots of information for newcomers and, most importantly, our forum rules which you need to know, and of course ideally to follow, to get the best out of your experience on RWI!
