I've currently been waiting for an order placed in early december with a label created for shipping on 12/14. After a month of no updates, I've reached out asking for updates and continue to receive messages just asking me to give it time. It's been 58 days since my package was supposedly in transit. At what point should I expect Jtime to offer some kind of resolution?

Did you order from the website here on RWI, listet in TD ? I only ask cause there are a lot of Scam sites out there if you google a TD. If you ordered from the correct Jtime things will be sorted out bro.
Yep definitely made sure to research and do everything by the book with the right website and whatsapp number etc. Just not sure if 2 months of waiting with no tracking updates was normal at times or if this is beyond what more seasoned buyers would consider reasonable

If the parcel still hasn't moved then something is wrong.

Post a link to the website you visited for your order and the WhatsApp number you used for contact.

Totally understand CNY so havent sweat about the lack of a reply over the last week or so, but yeah, package was supposedly shipped as of 12/17 and tracking showed USPS awaiting package. Then all of a sudden a new DHL update said a shipper in WA was still awaiting the package. Just figured 58 days in transit seemed like too long for this to be normal shipping + delays around the holidays
Not upset just looking for a resolution since I have pretty low confidence this is ever gonna arrive

@jtimewatch can you look in to this persons order please. 2 months with no updates on the tracking number sounds like there may be a problem with shipping.

This has been resolved. I was refunded the cost of the watch but not shipping, which is pretty disappointing but happy to be done with this. Ended up wasting 2+ months worth of time and losing $50 for nothing.

You know that we were offering you a free replacement but you still wanted to just take a refund, and we just followed your request.
We understand the situation is not a perfect ending that you waited a long time and lost some funds.
But shipment lost during the transit happens sometimes indeed which is also really out of control.
And we lost a $400 watch in this case as well, not good for us neither.
Anyways, hope you can get an ideal watch from a TD soon too.
