Just wanted to report on my purchase from jtime. Bottom line: good service, good watch, and I would order with them again. I placed my order for a JJF Classic Fusion 42mm on 18 April . I used my credit card to back up a virtual card, placed the order on the website, and it went through without a problem. As you’ll see elsewhere, if you use jtime’s website, make sure it’s the right one because there are scam sites out that there look quite similar. As of today, the website is jtime.cc.
QC pics came five days after I placed the order, and the watch shipped out three days thereafter. Li sent the tracking number and I was able to see it all the way on 17Track, which doesn’t update immediately, so there’s no use checking every five minutes if you’re the impatient type. My watch came on 8 May. It was packaged very well, encased in styrofoam. and arrived undamaged.
The watch is good quality. There is a small flaw that was glaringly obvious on the QC pick — the 12 o’clock markers are not even — but I went with it anyway. And it turns out that it’s really only noticeable when you look really closely. Nobody else can see it. And since I’m not trying to fool any authorized dealers or experts, it’s not a problem.
Ultimately, of course, you want a watch that in fact is a good watch in addition to looking like a good watch. So far, I have no complaints. If it gains or loses a few seconds a day, I haven’t noticed. The mechanism works well — it’s a good watch.
jtime’s response to emails is good: Li and Lana were prompt and courteous. I imagine it’s a difficult business on that side of things, but I found this dealer to be reliable, and I recommend jtime.
