Hi

I made my first order from Jtime but I’ve had no response since I’ve made payment . I’ve noticed there’s a few different Jtimes, and I wonder if I’ve used a dodgy site.

Since making payment I’ve had no update

<link to scam site removed>

Any advice or help would be appreciated

J

You ordered from scam site, not real jtime.

Real one is jtime.io

The Jtime site with the dot watch top level domain is a (unfortunately well-known) infamous scammer site with no affiliation to the real Jtime. They must have stolen a lot of money already.

You must ALWAYS use the contact information, such as e-mail, Whatsapp numbers or URLs, ONLY found on the TD section on RWI.

NEVER use Google to look up a TD!

Depending on your payment method, there's a slim chance to recover your funds. But you need to act swiftly. For example, if you paid by credit card, immediately call your bank. Don't mention you tried to buy a counterfeit product.

I am in the same boat as you. Did you ever get your money back?

I find it best to contact TDs via WhatsApp *after* verifying that the tel# is correct. Sites can change anytime but their number usually stays static for longer.

I think they'll be around for as long as the real TD will be.

I would even go as far as saying that they may be still around (at least for a while) after the real TD is long gone, still taking advantage of clueless folks completely unaware that the real deal is long gone and too lazy to verify. And believe me, there will be plenty of those around, unfortunately...

F**king parasites leeching off someone's good name. 😑

Sorry to hear man...Iits an easy mistake to make. I was actually going back and forth with JTime last month on model availability and accidentally sent him links from an imposter site asking if the models were available lol. He responded warning me that was an imposter site, so I could see how that happened to you.

I ended up ordering through JTime (the real site) and was very happy (I left a review in the TD section).

Ive used Trusty for a lot of transactions over the years (15+ over 20 years) and the best thing I ever did was get on his email distribution list. That way, you always know what the real site is (they can change frequently) since you have it in your email. No guessing or re-checking the forum, just click through from your email. Im sure JTime has something similar.
