QC looked good.
Watch arrived and looked good.
Oh No.....watch is running 6 hrs fast per day.
Verified with local watch smith per JTime instructions.
Smith said can't be fixed.

Jtime won't replace until i send in broken watch.
This isn't easy and why send back broken watch?

What model and factory is it? When did you receive the watch?

Didn't hear about one case where they replaced a broken watch without getting the faulty one back. How can they be assured it's a genuine issue and not staged? I guess they try to get a replacement from the factory or repair it locally as repair costs are cheaper.

If you don't want to send it back - try to get the spare part if available and have it fixed locally or get a partial refund / voucher and sell it as defect in M2M
