Just sharing my first rep experience with a TD, Jtime. Fast and responsive communication with Li, good experience so far.

17.03 - Inquired about BP 214270. I took some time to decide.
19.03 - made bank transfer payment. Li confirmed payment received in less than 30 minutes. QC to be done by Lana in the upcoming days.


Will update more as I go through this process, pretty excited though.

24.03 - Received QC photos, requested for more photos
25.03 - Received 2nd QC photos, SEL badly aligned
27.03 - Requested for another watch piece

communication with Lana doing the QC is fast, dial and case is good, but SEL was just glaring to not miss it, very surprised.

04.04 - Received 2nd watch QC photos; requested for lume photos
06.04 - Lume photos received. Watch approved n good to go!
07.04 - Arranging shipment

Communication with Lana was pleasant and good experience. Looking forward to receive the watch soon.

There are issues with shipping in China at the moment, so TD will choose the safest method to get the watch to the customer

Why was the shipping agent changed?

Glaude, you are spot on.

Lana highlighted that there are shipping issues with the initial provider; so they changed and used another one.
