I hate doing this and let li 3 days to answer to my mails .. but did not received any answer

I ordered a sub no date from clean factory (asked on this forum some question on QC).
Watch arrived after 10 days which is good considering it was a triangular shipping.
Before removal of the sticker I wind it and it ticks Great !! .. so I removed the stickers...
But then I tried to set it on time and feels some resistance in the mecanism and it was not easy to go to the 2nd position where you can set the time (strange).. ok it's not a genuine after all.

But when I screw it back there were more resistance..I tried to unscrew and it was blocked.. litteraly blocked..
I emailed directly li to point out the problem.
I took lots of efforts to unscrew the crown.. but I succeed.
2nd mail to li to inform I succeed... answer "glad that you succeed" we both though problem solved.. it was not

I then take time to screw and unscrew the crown and the resistance diminish.
I though ok maybe some dirt inside.

I wear the watch 2 days and then pull the crown to set the time ... the crown set apart and the watch stop functioning..... yes stop functioning
Try to put the crown back... it did not stay in place...
I agian email Li and sent a video to show the problem..... No answer after 3 days..

Well what a disastrous experience with Jtime...
So before buyng there consider my experience.

I will of course update if I receive a mail from Li and keep the post update.

What will you do if you had the same experience.. ?? Curious to know about it...

Rem : that's my first high replica but I have other real watch spedmaster, tudor BB 41 and armida A4.. so not realy a newbee in watch but not an expert neither.

Unfortunately, these are counterfeit watches, built in China in facilities that lack stringent quality control conditions - so from time to time the watch you receive will go wrong, straight away or soon after purchase. It’s just one of those things.

This has happened to me a few times, and on each occasion I’ve discussed it with the TD and they’ve offered to have the watch back to get it fixed (a risky venture, sending a rep back to China), or alternatively I can send it to a forum watchsmith to get it fixed and the TD will give me a discount on a future purchase. The latter is the option I go for.

The compensation tops out at $50 (in my experience), because that’s more than it would cost the TD to get it fixed if you sent it to them.

Hi OP

I think I have tried my best to reply you timely in fact.
Due a 4 days national holiday just ended here and a lot of work is piled too, so I might delayed replying you a bit.
Also I have replied you again via email before I saw this post offering you the solution, please have a check too.
But I think it is not fair for me to see such a post made by you.

Anyways, we will find a way out on this I think eventually.

Can't imagine what it's like to wait 3 days and not receive a reply, must be horrific.

Keyless works was not working correctly when the watch arrived, pulling, pushing, screwing and unscrewing the crown didn't help at all. Send it to a watch maker.

Saw your mail Li. Which is really annoying is that the watch stop working. Did not expect this at all. Will ask a watchmaker for a quote and see if fixable or not. ????

Hi mahieu :
Just a thought from another newbie on this forum...
I have read nothing but REALLY good things about jtimewatch, so you picked a super good dealer.

I just bought my first Rep, a submariner from trustytime , and bought it as a gift for my brother who lives in another state here in the US.
So in reading LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of forum posts here, I have come away with this:

1) They are TDs so we can, as the name explicitly states, trust them to help us and be on our side/in our corner. They deal with HUNDREDS of orders, just remember.
2) Regarding Time/Waiting periods: waiting weeks and sometimes a month or two for TDs to be able to finalize deals/send watches etc is EXPECTED. Local Chinese holidays/raids on factories/world-killing-viruses all can significantly effect the process. In your case, two out of the three are actively in play.
3) Regarding Watches: what I understand is the TDs neither manufacture the parts, nor assemble them, but have relationships with the factories/suppilers that do. Thus, the actual folks who put the watches together may or may not lubricate them well/appropriately, resulting in debirs floating around, or whatever.

My plan:
1) Trust my TD
2) Determine NOT to stress over timeframes.
Just fyi: I have 2 Amazon acounts--one for home, one for my business. I am conditioned to have deliveries FAST.
Thus, I said to myself, "You're not even gonna count the days or weeks these processes (email answers/QC pics/delivery dates/etc) will take."
3) When I receive the watch--- again, a gift for my brother, who knows nothing of this rep world and the intricacies thereof--- I will send the brand-new watch to a watchmaker from the TD list so he can take apart, clean, professionally lube, waterproof (as much as can be done with a high-quality rep). I do not want to send my brother a gift that doesn't keep time, can't handle rain, etc. (When I order one for me, I may not do this right off, but I know that it can be done, and who to send it to.)

Results thus far:
1. The TD (Andrew) was So. Very. Helpful. **This was right smack-dab in the middle of the raids**
2. Yep, took awhile, well over a month, maybe close to 2 overall, but i really wasn't counting.
Amazingly,The watch was mailed from the US to my house---which means it had to be transported from China to here FIRST.
This is A LOT of work/coordination for these TDs to undertake.
3. In the meantime, I contacted a Trusted Watchmaker, (in my case oascom , who lives a couple states north of me) and discussed what I wanted to do. Again, SUPER HELPFUL watchsmith.

Recieved a really, really, really nice rep, and my brother will LOVE IT. (soooo tempted to keep it, LOL)
The watch is now in the hands of OASCOM, and I am awaiting further instructions from him.
I have been amazed at how professional and helpful people here have been.

Lastly, I recommend becoming a Supporter, the folks here are so worth it. (As an aside, when I was brand new here and to this rep world, I PM'd a high-level administrater about an overall concern I had as a newbie in reference to a thread I came across, and because of the concern I had he said I cannot become a supporter, which is a shame. I did end up supporting a sister-forum, but I never spend any time on that one)
RWI literally saved me ~$1400US from a scam site. The folks on RWI are the real deal.

I hope everything is resolved to your satisfaction mahieu and you end up LOVING your new rep-----I don't even have one of my own yet:blink:

jtimewatch I have attempted to email you 5 times asking for my QC pictures of my order with zero reply. I have also contacted you via WhatsApp with no response given that eludes that my QC photos will be sent. I am beyond frustrated with this process and the lack of communication has been overwhelming. Now after placing my order on 6-11-21, it arrived in the U.S. on the 27th and there has been no update as to the progress of the order. Hopefully there is no issues with customs. I simply wanted the QC photos, which you emailed and stated "Please consider that the QC pictures have already been sent to you days ago". All I would like is the photos that were supposed to be part of the process.

Why did you post this in three different sections of the forum? I see you just joined today and all three posts address this issue. I’d suggest you search your spam/junk folder. I bet you find the email with the QC photos. Good luck.

Hey mate, are you sure that you are contacting with the REAL JTIME?

Coz we do not ship out any watches before we receive customer's approval.

Maybe you can have a look in this link as follow to see if you made the order with an impostor.

Hello
I can't imagine that you ordered on this homepage (the real Jtime store, jtime.cc).
This is due to the fact that the process of an order with Li does not look like this. You will never receive QC pictures directly from his QC department via email.

In addition, this forum is not used for crying out. It's like a brick wall with 1000 bricks. If 1 of the 1000 are inserted a little crooked, the wall doesn't suck.

Remember that this game requires PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING. And they don't seem to have either.
Jtime always communicates clearly and shows goodwill, understanding, great service and delivers excellent quality. If something is small, such as a dry clockwork or a stuck screw, you get a discount and several possibilities to find a solution.

AMAZON DOESN'T DO ALL THAT;)

Who might do that?

Hello just a quick update
watch was repaired and li pay the cost so he deserve from my point of view a real good feedback.
i can’t change the title of the post but this story ended on the good side.
Concerning the watch itself I’m not impressed by the quality. Bezels has a slight back action this imply the pip can’t be perfectly aligned.
strap is ok but not stunning I will use it for other project.
i do not wear it a lot but happy to compare to my black bay 41… fake are not yet there and this make me happy

Think about this:

You get what you pay.
It is not a Gen. Here a Quote from JTIME Homepage FAQ:

[h=2]General Q&A[/h]
Q : I want a flawless replica!

A : Our suggestion would be “Try to get the genuine watches”. There is no way high-end replica from any factories are flawless. You should start making price comparison between genuine and replica. Let’s say, you want a Audemars Piguet 15400 rose gold, price on genuine watch is around $22,000 while on high-end replica is around $400. Will you expect flawless? There is always a flaw even though only a very small one. But high-end replica is very close to genuine one, probably 90%-95%.

Maybe you could ask a forum moderator to edit your title.
Or grab in to your pocket to support this forum (PM trailboss) and then you can edit your posts by yourself;)
