I ordered a CF Starbucks from JTime back in September 2023. The purchase, QC, payment & shipping couldn't have been better. From QC approval to my door was roughly seven business days. On arrival the watch was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Unfortunately after wearing the watch around ten times the watch stopped working. I sent an email to Li and he responded with suggestions the very next morning. I tried a couple of thing to no avail. Li suggested I send the watch back to him for repair which I did in the first week of November. I suffered the same customs problems as others have as the watch never left customs and was eventually shipped back to me. I was in contact with Li the entire time the watch was in China customs and he was as helpful as he could possibly be. Li recommended WatchServicesNY to repair the watch once it arrived back in the states. I did indeed send the watch there and Mike serviced the watch and it is now home and better than new.
Long story short I would not hesitate to purchase another watch from JTime. Li really went out of his way to try to help in any way he could and I cannot thank him enough. He didn't have to help me but he did and that goes a long way.
