I recently purchase my 3rd watch from Andrew of Trusty Time, and it is absolutely amazing. I purchased the GF Factory Jaeger Lecoultre Grande Ultra Thin Ref.1548420 It is very thin, little light weight, and so far seems to be running quite accurately. The pictures don't really do it much justice, and it's once you have it on the wrist can it truly best be appreciated, and take in the beauty and work that went into creating this watch.
The dial is a matte black sunburst, with half frosted dauphine hands, arabic markers at 6, 9 and 12, and date complication. It is so simple, clean and elegant, anything more would be too much.
Although the strap does have some room for improvement, and feels like plastic, I never really keep the factory straps anyways. I've commissioned a strap from Ziczac leather for this watch.
This watch definitely scratches the itch that I've been having for the Seiko SARB033 and for the Rolex Explorer.
Overall my experience with Andrew has been great, he answered all of my questions and concerns in a friendly, patient and professional manner . I highly recommend you consider this watch and purchasing from Trusty Time, he will get you a top-quality piece each and every time.
Thank you Andrew.
