JF Vs. JHF?

Hey fellas


So I was looking @ picking up another AP Diver chrono - this time in yellow. However, I wast a short strap along with it.


However, when I asked a TD for it, he mentioned that the short strap is only available for JF factory watches, whereas the newer version is from JHF.


Am confused - I though they were the same and the difference was between Noob & JF.


Please help solve this mystery!


And last but not the least, which diver chrono is the better version now? I have a blue JF.

I have never heard of JHF? Get the TD to enlighten us.

There is a detailed thread comparing noob and jf diver chronos. My vote is for noob.

Whatever fac this is, it looks off. I'm no diver expert but that date looks tiny.

That deco plate looks pretty sloppy as well

Here's my Noob one. Rehaut markers are different and the date has a magnifier. The hour hand is different too, but that's because the gen doesn't have lume on the hour hand for some ridiculous reason, and nor did the rep, so I lumed the centre part.
Actually I thought it was a JF, but I've just looked the order up and it was in Jan 2015 and it says Noob!
It does take the Jf rubber straps with no problem.

JHF is JH Factory, which provide cheap price watch, yeah the quality cannot compare to J Factory or Noob, but the price.

JH/JHF is a factory that makes very high quality quarts AP reps and more. The quality of the AP Concept quartz and Laptimer is excellent, however you won't see great movements or forged carbon, etc from them. I have a feeling that JF takes the popular sellers from them or in collaboration and makes the high quality ones thereafter, but who knows.

it clearly states on the photo that its a 2813 moevment.

and the listing says 21j decorated. at £200 it looks good

as someone said earlier, yeah jh or jhf make some cheaper priced middle of the road reps.

.. if you type in those letters JHF onto the td's search bar it will appear with some results.

they also make a great lot of the new influx of Omega speedmaster reps that are everywhere along with those new style omega planet ocean orange.

a dealer told me they work in partnership with JF.. to bring some more affordable models, to fill a gap in the market.

since then I bought the cheapo PO I bought the orange diver and a schumacher

all ll three have the Seiko multisteppers

bit granted.. They are not even close to the noob and JF counterparts but at 1/3 of the price I'm happy
