On my quest to stay rep free and convert everything to gen the time has come to part with my best superfranken build of all time - the 124060!
This beauty was built by the legendary @Johnny Depp. Having had multiple superfrakens previously I can definitively say his work simply has no equal.
The watch looks and feels every bit gen as the gen submariner- of course it helps that pretty much everything minus the case, movement and hands are the real thing. I recently gave the bracelet a baby oil bath so it wears as smooth and comfy as gen.
My plan was to throw in a pair of gen hands and be done, but alas, other projects took priority. Having said that, to whomever knabs this jewel, I highly recommend getting a pair of white gold hands and essentially completing the build.
The watch is like new with only hairline scratches to clasp. The crown is smooth like butter and believe it or not it has kept perfect time for the past year (I'm talking +/-0 sec day) with a tried and tested 70h+ PR and waterproof to at least the depth of my pool (30m)!
