Well it's a manual wind, so I'm pretty sure it's configured to have seconds @ 6 with no extras, My Railmaster XXL uses this movement, and keep great time, I'm baffled it didn't come with a COSC certificate! :lol:

No but seriously, this is a great movement, no problems of any kind!

ETA/UNITAS 6498 comes with secs at 6 for wrist watch. This is a legit movement; but the posting was posted in 2006.

Send Angus (PureTime) an email, although I'd go for the Asian movement, it keeps amazing time, great power reserve and the movement decoration is spot on (not plain like the Swiss).
