I have the 605 and it runs flawlessly.
I also have a number of other ZF IWC’s with7750’s and have never had a problem with any of them.
The newest versions just have a different decorative cover plate on the modified 7750’s, and they are extremely dependable.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. I would like to ask you how long have you owned your 605? So the new version has the same 7750 movement with a few minor changes to the plate? Only this?

I have one 3714 and two 3716. All are working fine without any big problems, but the movement of the second hands at "12" is smoother on the 3714,
without the plates on the backside. Also the power reserve is better on the 3714.

I have both the 605 and 609 for about three month now, wearing each at least one to two day a week, and they run perfectly.
My understanding is the factories used their modified 7759’s from the previous release and modified the decorative plate for this new release.

I never timed the power reserve, but both are running at least 48 hours.
Accuracy is within seconds per day.
They look beautiful and there is the sunburst quality to the dials, both the on the white and blue dials.
The quality of fabrication and alignments are excellent, but that may depend on your TD. I got these from Steve of The One Watches, and he always comes through for me. But you can work with whichever TD you ate most comfortable with.

The winding on these two are a bit tighter than my other Portuguese’s, which may mean they need lubrication, or it is the gear fabrication, I do not know. Both were “serviced” by the TD (The one watches) when purchased, but the lever of “servicing” may be questionable.

I have no hesitation recommending you purchase one if that is what you desire.

Hope this helps

Apologies for the errors in 7750’s and a few other words in the previous post. Autocorrect and fat fingers I guess :)

I have the 605 and have been wearing it pretty regularly over the past month.
Great watch.

The rotor was pretty noisy from the factory, but I was able to *slightly* silence.

Overall, it’s a quality watch and my reserve was around 40hrs.

Very nice 605, I think I'll take just that

For those who still own this watch - how are they holding up? Still running smoothly?

Hi guys
Can somebody confirm real size of the case. I just received ZF with steel case back and it measures 38mm instead of 40
