I pay throw this email 1431$, and they still didnt send me invoice, its normal or i got scammed????

If you bought an invoice for $1431 I do think that you might have gotten scammed. Send me $50 and I’ll get you one within the hour. 
Seems like he is routing payments through pourhair.com and with the exchange rate it tacked $60 on to the price of my order. Andrew has been communicative as I have indicated in my post. This is the domain next to the charge that showed up on my payment method statement.
could you confirm exactly what web site you ordered your watch from? Andrew very recently changed his web address

The first thing to establish is that you actually ordered via Andrew's actual website. If the website matches what you will find on this forum, then you are on the right track. Assuming that you ordered from the correct website, a purchase order will generally be automatically followed by a confirmation email (that the order took place). After that email, you will receive another email confirming that the payment went through. That's the normal process (or, at least, the one that I experienced).
trustytime888.io and Andrew sent me my invoice directly when I chose my payment experience. I hope the OP used the same site as Andrew has been quite communicative and I can't wait to get my watch. He uses a bunch of different email addresses gmail, hotmail etc.
