Has anyone had issues with strap bars stripping out? I think one of mine might be stripped out, I never forced tightening or anything of the sort to cause such a thing... Help?

One of mine stripped out. I got gens for free at an AD. I just asked if they carried them, they asked what model watch I had and he gave them to me! I was shocked.
I've had them strip out, yes. Just use the springbars that look like screws, they're faster/easier to swap out straps with, too.

That's where I went. The shop is really nice. The coolest part, aside from all the gens where, unbelievably, the door handles. They were giant CG's! Freakin awesome. I might add, when you can name all of the watches in the display case by model number they tend to not question you. I'm guessing that is one of the reasons I didn't get questioned.
