Issues with order - 6 weeks and no end in sight

Hi RWI,

I didn’t know where to turn to after trying my best to resolve this issue for over 6 weeks.

I placed an order with TheOneWatches for a Cartier Balon Bleu 42mm on 27th April 2023. I made a bank transfer to details Steve sent me via email.

I sent the payment the same day (I have proof of payment and even a bank payment reference number) to Steve. He told me he had not received the payment but he will wait for it to come through. My bank completed a payment trace for this payment and confirmed the money reached his account in less than 24 hours.

Fast forward 6 weeks and multiple emails to Steve, where I have sent any and every piece of evidence he requested to show that I completed the payment as he requested, I still have not received any indication that he will be sending me the watch.

I am happy to show the admins whatever proof they require but I am hoping someone can help me with this.

Any ideas how I can proceed with this?

Hi bro, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the collection issue, we have been double checking our account, probably because of the bank, we were not able to check the entry record of this money, so we were not able to arrange the shipment. I apologize for the delay and hope you understand, I will check again and I will arrange the shipment for you whether it is confirmed or not, sorry again my bro.
