Issue with trying to get Hont to give a refund

Hello all! I’ve had a previous experience that was fantastic with Hont before I decided to place another order with him in which I paid, received qc, and RL a qc in which he state he would not be able to source another watch. I asked if a refund would be possible and he said sure in which he asked me how I would like the money returned. I gave my bank info and now I’ve heard radio silence. Here is a timeline.

Oct 27: inquiry on Superocean 42 heritage GF
Oct 28: Money sent. Payment received
Nov 10: QC Recieved- RL’d
Nov 11: Stated that was the last one. I decided I want a refund, he ask how would you like the refund sent to. Sent Banking info. Radio Silence
Nov 12: Reminder on refund
Nov 13-16: Reminder on refund

I’m at a loss why he hasn’t replied on sending a refund, can someone help me out?

What do you mean? I’ve asked since Nov 11th. Where did you get two days from?

Asking a refund from TD does take patience sometimes. I think you've given him enough time to respond (>1 week), you may want to consult with the mods here via PM or submit a ticket.

Actually I ordered from him once and everything went quite fast.
