Issue with customs ans waiting for Puretime response.

Hello, i have a problem with the Indonesia Customs (which they said it was Seller fault)

ORDER #100275499​

My order from Puretime was going smoothly at first, but the problem came up when the Customs charged me for tax equivalent USD 711. Well that's absudrd, my total order was only USD 611.

Immidiately after that tax declaration, i call Indonesian Customs Office for clarification and here is their answer:
"There is penalty on your items which caused by the seller's document did not match the actual paid transaction" thus why they gave me USD 711 tax!

I emailed Puretime about this, and waiting for their resolution for this matter.
And i'm posting this just because maybe there is someone in this forum knows what to do if case like this happen.

It's replica so it's not possible to declare the real value of the watch. Status shows customs has released the package. Please wait to check in a few days if they finally deliver the package to you.

Just a word of advice; use a third party buying agent instead of asking the TD to ship it directly to indonesia.

Entrusted shopping service? If so, where do they shop?
Well, imo it comes down to TD tho.

And one more thing, there are plenty Reps reseller in Indonesia, i did test them and surprisingly no one has proof buying from legit source. All they said "trust me bro, i got it from china"

Somebody told someone who has access to buy something while traveling abroad, then bring back the goods-bought to the origin country

No no buddy,
What i meant is:
You still ordering from TD.
But you ask the TD not to ship directly to Indonesia.
You ask TD to send to the agent warehouse in china.
Then, the agent will arrange the shipment to you.
Therefore, you dont need to deal with paying customs etc because the agent will deal with it.
