Issue with a Pam 11 v4

Hey!

Have you ever experienced an issue with the balance wheel of a noob v4 Pam 111?

I just got it back from a smith and this is happening again. The balance wheel stops moving with the face up. When the watch face is upside down it moves again!

Micro screw has not fallen off (if done my research on stuck movements)

Thank you! I’m just getting a bit upset as I was feeling really happy about how lucky I felt to get this watch and just enjoy a Panerai. Have loved it for years!
