Is this what a Raffles bracelet is supposed to be like???

So after hearing good things about Raffles bracelets I decided to order one for my 1600 Datejust because I did not feel like spending the money on an old worn out gen that was stretched. I ordered the "higher quality" 10k gold fill wrapped one and ended up receiving this. I mean I know it is a rep bracelet but I at least expected the center links to be solid. Nope, not only hollow but no sides just straight air :applause: I feel like I just got scammed out of $75. Here are the pics.

I've never had a gen TT Rolex jubilee but I'm pretty sure that's how they are constructed. That's how my stainless was put together.

Not a whole lot honestly I am just suprised this is how a gen is constructed. I've seen similiar bracelets for other watches around the same price that have solid mid links. Are these the bracelets you use for your builds? If so, how do they hold up over time?

The gens are hollow mid links, now get over it!

gen jubilee bracelets of that period have always been like that
imo riyi jubilee feels nothing like the gen (but gen costs 8x more)

the cheaper range of riyi jubilee bracelet doesn't even have plated sides on the middle links. At least yours does and it looks decent overall

Thanks for all of the information, I am content now that I know this is how gen is and over reacted a little at first. I can't believe I had never noticed this after handling several gens from this era. Anyways here are some pics of it mounted
