Is this watch Gen?

My friend bought this watch for 50k, I do think he could genuinely buy it but he doesn't know anything about watches and didn't know how the function works until he bought it. I haven't seen it in person but it looks good enough to me from this pic other then the timer being stuck around 9:30 which is odd to me but maybe that's normal. I haven't really looked a lot at full gold reps or the Yacht Master II that much so I'm not the best judge.

I did suspect that, when asking more questions, he said he bought it online from Rolex... I just can't see anything specific wrong about the watch other than the timer hand being off. Like the rehault, sels, alignment looks good to me but again I'm clearly not the best at spotting the flaws.

I will give you the easy give away it's fake...The countdown timer jumps with setting and only moves between numbers in sync with the chronograph seconds have, so it would never be between two numbers with the chronograph seconds hand at the 12 oclock position. here's a video showing how it works...

This is what I sort of what I expected. I told him it looked like the function was broken, and he said it was alright that he figured it out, but I haven't seen any other photos where the timer was correct. I just had never used one, so I wasn't sure if you could set it on the half minute. It must be a decent rep; otherwise, though, I can't see much else standing out to me anyway.

Seeing some on chrono 24 with the mercedes hand and the non red hand from 2022 so think that might be ok in this case
